Alabama held its A-Day game over the weekend, and some notable alums were in attendance. Among them were NFL running backs Mark Ingram, Trent Richardson, Lacy and NFL hopeful Henry. They posed together for a photo, and shock ensued.
Lacy has been picked on over the past year for his weight problems, and he has put in the work this offseason to correct them.

But this picture isn’t so much about Lacy’s weight loss as it is Henry’s size. The younger back is listed at 6-3, 247 pounds, per NFL.com, which would make him one of the bigger players at his position.
And Henry’s size doesn’t keep him from being nimble, either.
