Carroll injured his knee during Wednesday night’s game against the Cavs. He was driving the lane for a layup when his knee hyperextended. He started to hop around on one leg before going to the ground in pain.
The Hawks will play Cleveland Friday in Game 2. If Carroll can’t suit up, Kent Bazemore will likely take his place.
