Last summer a Florida court ruled that Kimberly, now 15, could not be forced to visit the Twiggs–and that Robert Mays, who has raised her since birth, could adopt her. Webb’s claim shouldn’t affect that decision, since the ailing aide doesn’t suggest that Mays had a hand in the swap. Meanwhile, Kimberly, says a family spokesperson, “is trying to be a normal, every day kid.”
