Darnell Dockett Stays In Nfc West Signs With 49Ers

The veteran is staying in the NFC West, agreeing to a reported two-year, $7.5 million deal with the 49ers.

Dockett, 34, missed the 2014 season with a torn knee ligament. The Cardinals reportedly wanted to re-sign Dockett to a new, more team-friendly deal after releasing him from his current contract last week, but the three-time Pro Bowler decided to go elsewhere in the division.
