The “Tosh.0” host made a huge bet Thursday night to help Andy Ritchie, his friend and fellow stand-up comic who has been diagnosed with a brain tumor. Tosh raised $25,000 by auctioning off props and costumes from his show, then bet that money on the Patriots to cover the first-half three-point spread against the Dolphins. New England led 19-0 at halftime, so Tosh’s wager worked out.
