“Don’t even know what you’re talking about,” Mullen told The Clarion-Ledger, via text.

When Mullen was updated on Robinson’s claim, he responded, “Ok. Well, that didn’t happen.”

According to a statement from Mississippi’s State’s media relations, it was a member of the track and field staff who called the police on Robinson after he saw Robinson’s car parked on the track.

“Former MSU student-athletes often use our facilities as they prepare for pro opportunities, but typically coordinate that use with department staff to prevent these type of situations,” the statement said.

Robinson was drafted out of Mississippi State in the sixth round of the 2015 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts. He’s currently a free agent.

It was through a series of tweets and an Instagram post that Robinson said Mullen called the police on him after he was running on the track Tuesday night.
