The day before his Trail Blazers open their first round series against the Grizzlies, the All-Star guard paid a visit to some senior citizens in Portland.

Lillard hooked many of them up with his signature shoe, the D Lillard 1. As if that wasn’t enough, he also stopped by to say hello, surprising them all in the process.
A repeat of last year’s heroics would make Lillard the most popular man in Portland.
