Dale Earnhardt Jr. auctioned off a 1970 Chevelle Resto-Mod (that he designed himself) and a No. 88 Hendrick Motorsports NASCAR race car that he drove in six short-track races.
100 percent of the proceeds from the sale of both cars went to Nationwide Children’s Hospital.
In return, the hospital named an activity room after Earnhardt Jr. and his wife Amy.
