Daily Fantasy Hockey Strategy

Jeff Carter, C, Kings. He’s been the Kings’ most important player on the ice and his production has significantly increased since head coach Darryl Sutter put Milan Lucic on his line with Tyler Toffoli.

Jack Eichel, C, Sabres. I know the Sharks won last night against the Red Wings, but boy do they look awful. Only 14 shots on goal, and their huge lack of depth has been exposed without their best player Logan Couture. Eichel has looked amazing and is still at a reasonable price throughout the industry. He takes with him a four-game home scoring streak as the Sabres return to Buffalo.

Alex Killorn LW, Lightning. With Ondrej Palat injured, Killorn has not only taken his spot with the Triplets, but he’s taken his spot on the super PP line with Stamkos, Johnson, Kucherov, and Stralman.

Brandon Saad, RW, Blue Jackets. With Brandon Dubinsky’s injury, he was placed on a line with Scott Hartnell and Nick Foligno last night, and they were definitely the best line on the ice against the Penguins. Saad is a solid two-way player who arguably has the deadliest shot on the entire team.
