There’s no doubt who the best pitcher is today. Max Scherzer is clearly No. 1, but he’ll be starting in one of the four day games. Four of our top five SPs are actually be day-game hurlers, making the pickings slim for main-slate contests. When Francisco Liriano is the top pitcher from the evening games, you know it could be a long night. Chances are we’ll see some good performances, but it’s tough to say who they come from this early in the season.
