The starting pitcher rankings are kinda ridiculous at the top Monday, but the twist is that there are a lot of great value picks as well. That means it’s going to be an interesting night in terms of ownership because a wide range of pitchers at various prices can – and will – deliver ace stats.

That doesn’t mean you should ignore Noah Syndergaard and Co. tonight, but examine all your options on the mound and we’ll help you fit in the right hitters at the right prices. Let’s take a look at Monday’s starting pitcher rankings and picks. As usual, we’ll also have the DFS Playbook from Fantasy Alarm with even more daily fantasy baseball picks to help you find the best values on FanDuel and DraftKings. Good luck!

Splurge: Noah Syndergaard, Mets vs. Reds. You saw the Reds get no-hit last week, right? If you’re paying up for a pitcher Monday, Thor ($11.400 on FD & DK) is worth every penny.

Sell: Chris Archer, Rays vs. Orioles. Archer ($10,200 on FD; $10.300 on DK) is broken right now and I’m not betting this much cash that he fixes it against Baltimore.

Save: Take your pick. Marcus Stroman seems too good to pass up at just $8,100 on FanDuel … until you notice  Rick Porcello, Drew Pomeranz and Kevin Gausman (maybe) are even cheaper. On DK, the best value has to be Pomeranz at a miniscule $6,600, but Jaime Garcia, Jordan Zimmermann and Porcello all look good too.
