Saves Sleepers

Bruce Rondon escaped trouble on Monday, but he wasn’t able to do so on Tuesday, blowing his second save of the year after allowing a hit, two walks and a run. The Tigers have given Rondon a long leash, but it seems likely that Alex Wilson will get another shot in the ninth inning soon – perhaps the next time the Tigers have a save chance.

Weather Watch

There are several threats of rain today, so be careful setting your daily fantasy lineups. The games with the highest chances of rain in the forecast are: Pirates-Reds in Cincinnati (62 percent); Cubs-Cardinals in St. Louis (55 percent); Rays-Tigers in Detroit (47 percent); and Mets-Nationals in D.C. (46 percent).
