These little Monday slates have actually been very good to me of late. I don’t usually like the smaller slates, but I’ll take any port in a storm these days. Today we are going to once again focus on taking home that GPP money, as there just aren’t enough games to give us a significant cash game advantage.

Even though there are nine games tonight, we have two situations to monitor as far as weather is concerned. The Royals-Tigers game has serious concerns, as there will be a 60 percent chance of thunderstorms around Comerica Park with that likelihood increasing as the night goes on. I like some of the Tigers bats, but unless things clear up during the day, I am going to have to fade this game completely. The Marlins-Reds game also has rain potential with a 30 percent chance of a storm during that game.
