Schwarber and Fowler crashed into one another as they were chasing a line drive off the bat of Jean Segura in the bottom of the second inning. As Schwarber planted his left leg attempting to make the catch, Fowler had already begun to dive for the ball and plowed into Schwarber’s planted leg. Segura quickly rounded the bases for an inside-the-park home run.
