Following last week’s NEWSWEEK report that China had evaded the U.N. embargo by shipping arms to Libya, U.S. officials say Beijing ordered a second ship with weapons for Tripoli to return to China. The officials expect China will try to smuggle the arms into Libya when the spotlight is off.
