Court documents state that Dennis Sidorski, 46, was identified by two former employees from video footage taken in the building, where some Trump supporters violently protested the congressional certification of Joe Biden’s presidential election victory. Sidorski, of Ashburn, was allegedly observed walking through the halls of the Capitol during the riot, according to a sworn affidavit seen by Newsweek.
