Expect something similar tonight in Minnesota, but there’s definitely a chance that the game could get postponed....

Corey Kluber and Dallas Keuchel are the obvious next top choices, but Zack Godley has been pitching at a near-ace level for much of the season, and we know his head-to-head opponent, Jake Arrieta, can post big numbers on any given day. Jimmy Nelson has hit the skids a bit, but he’s the top guy today with a great matchup at San Francisco. Chris Archer is a strong second-placepick, as he continues to go deep into games and rack up the Ks. Carlos Carrasco got knocked around last time out against the Red Sox, but he should bounce back. The Red Sox don’t strike out much, but Carrasco should fare much better....

That is where our advice is going to carry us – after the stack of the New England Patriots, of course. The prices at the big DFS sites tend to be much more favorable for the teams who are not favored to win, and – most important – the ownership percentages of those “dogs” tend to be lower, making for nice plays in guaranteed prize-pool tournaments (GPPs). We have a little of everything in this week’s picks, but the “dogs” shall lead the way....

Obviously, the Jamaal Charles exit hurt many, myself included, but the Julio Jones situation created a different set of strategy problems for DFS players. Given that Jones’ status appears similar heading into Week 6, I want to offer up some advice and tips on making last-minute DFS lineup picks.
